GankInterview User Agreement

Welcome to GankInterview! (hereinafter referred to as "this tool" or "we"). Before using our online web tool, please carefully read the following user agreement terms. These terms constitute a legal agreement between you (hereinafter referred to as "user" or "you") and this tool. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not access or use our services. Using this tool indicates that you agree to be bound by the following terms.

I. General Provisions

This agreement is formulated in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China.
This agreement applies to all users of GankInterview.

II. User Registration and Account Management

Users should use real email addresses and other information when registering.
Users must properly safeguard their email addresses or other verification methods and shall not transfer or lend them to others. Users shall bear full responsibility for account security issues caused by their own reasons.
Users shall not maliciously register accounts through false email addresses or other false information. If users are found to have such behavior, GankInterview has the right to immediately ban the user account and will not refund any purchased virtual credits or other quotas.

III. Service Content

GankInterview is an online tool designed to assist users in interviews and written tests. This tool does not provide any education, training, or consulting services.
This tool does not provide any question banks or "standard answers", does not promise "guaranteed pass for interviews and written tests", and does not collect and reuse users' interview and written test information.
Users can purchase subscriptions to use various functions of this tool. Please confirm carefully before purchasing to avoid disputes.
When using this tool, users should comply with the laws and regulations within the territory of the People's Republic of China and shall not use it for any illegal or criminal purposes. Otherwise, the consequences will be entirely borne by the users themselves.
Users are strictly prohibited from using this tool for nationally regulated educational examinations (civil service examinations, graduate entrance examinations, college entrance examinations, etc.). Once discovered, it will be immediately reported to the public security authorities for disposal.

IV. Data Privacy

GankInterview respects and protects the privacy of user data.
Users' interview and written test data will be completely stored on the user's local device. GankInterview will not store, process, or access any form of interview and written test data.

V. User Behavior Standards

When using this tool, users must comply with the laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China and shall not use this tool to engage in any illegal or non-compliant behavior.
Users shall not use this tool to engage in any behavior that may destroy, interfere with, modify, or affect the normal operation of this tool.
If a user's behavior violates laws and regulations or relevant provisions of this agreement, GankInterview has the right to take measures, including but not limited to suspending or terminating the user's account, and reserves the right to pursue the user's legal responsibility.
Users should use this tool correctly, only for practice scenarios before interviews and written tests, and are strictly prohibited from using it for cheating in interviews and written tests that undermines fairness. Users shall bear all consequences arising from this. Interviewer users are not subject to this clause.

VI. Disclaimer

This tool does not guarantee that the service content can fully meet users' expectations, nor is it responsible for any direct or indirect losses that may arise from using this tool.
This tool shall not be liable for service interruptions or data loss caused by Internet failures, computer viruses or hacker attacks, government control, and other reasons, but will strive to reduce the losses and impacts caused to users.

VII. Agreement Modification

GankInterview has the right to modify the terms of this agreement when necessary. The modified agreement shall effectively replace the original agreement once published on the webpage.
Users have the obligation to regularly check the changes in the agreement terms. If users continue to use this tool after the agreement terms are changed, it shall be deemed that users have accepted the modified agreement.

VIII. Others

The conclusion, performance, interpretation, and dispute resolution of this agreement shall all be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
If the parties have any disputes over the content of this agreement or its implementation, they should try to resolve them through friendly consultation; if consultation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with a people's court with jurisdiction.
