Settlement method
Voice minutes are not deducted in real time while you speak. They are settled once after you end the current session.
The system calculates deductible minutes based on the total session duration, then applies the remaining quota.
Settlement unit
Settled by whole minutes. Seconds below 60 do not count.
When balance is insufficient
The remaining quota is deducted. If this session requires more minutes than remain, the balance is deducted to 0.
Concurrency limit
One account supports only one active voice session at the same time.

Relationship between records and deduction
"Voice minute deduction" and "interview record creation" are two independent rules. They are not tightly bound.
These cases can happen:
- A record exists after ending, but this session did not deduct minutes: common reasons are that the session was shorter than 1 minute, or the current remaining minutes were already 0.
- This session deducted minutes, but no new record was created: a common reason is that there was no valid transcript content when the session ended.
Common cases
| What you see | Usual reason |
|---|---|
| Minutes did not change after stopping | The session was shorter than 1 minute, or the remaining minutes were already 0. |
| Prompt says there is already an active session | The previous session has not ended. One account supports only one active voice session at the same time. |
| Session ended but no new interview record appeared | The session was shorter than 1 minute, or there was no valid transcript content when it ended. |
