Plans and entitlements

Compare Free, Trial, Pro, and Ultimate plan entitlements and who each plan is for.

Plan overview

  • Free: default state when there is no subscription or the subscription has expired.
  • Trial: short-term experience state. The feature scope is close to Pro, but time and quota follow trial rules.
  • Pro: for frequent daily training.
  • Ultimate: for high-intensity, heavy scenarios and higher limits.

First look at your weekly training frequency, then decide whether you need longer voice time and higher model limits. Frequency determines the plan; budget then determines the billing cycle.

Voice minutes and knowledge-base upload refresh rules:

  1. Weekly refresh: weekly quota refreshes at 00:00 on Sunday. Unused quota from the previous week does not roll over or stack into the next week.
  2. Renewal refresh: after renewal succeeds and subscription status update completes, this week's and today's entitlement records are cleared, then quota is reissued based on the current subscription.
  3. Upgrade or downgrade refresh: upgrades and downgrades also follow the subscription update flow. After the update completes, quota is recalculated and reissued for the current cycle based on the new plan.
  4. If quota does not refresh after payment: usually subscription status has not finished updating. Refresh the page or sign in again. If it is still abnormal, contact support to check order and subscription status.
