What this page is for
Application Progress is the execution table for your job search.
It is not a job source. It is where you maintain the roles you already care about or have applied to, track their current stage, and decide the next action for each role.
How records enter the table
There are two common paths:
- Click "Add to application progress" from Campus Overview.
- Open Application Progress and edit an existing record directly.
If you add the same role again from the job list, the existing record is updated instead of creating a duplicate.
Fields you should maintain
| Field | Purpose | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Company / Role / Location / Industry | Identify the opportunity | Use these fields to locate and review the role quickly. |
| Progress / Status | Describe the current stage | Common values are supported, and custom values can be used when needed. |
| Progress date / Applied date | Record key milestones | Useful for sorting and reviewing the pace of each application. |
| Notes | Capture next actions and review findings | Write concrete actions instead of vague conclusions. |
This page is focused on editing and maintenance. It does not currently provide a delete action.
Records are shown in reverse applied-date order so the most recent work stays visible.
Recommended workflow
- Whenever a stage changes, update the status, progress date, and notes together.
- Use notes for specific next actions, such as "confirm interview time" or "add project details before applying."
- Review the table once a day or after each interview round so the table matches reality.
Working with AI Mock Interview
Application Progress is for deciding the next action. AI Mock Interview is for checking whether you are ready for the next interview round.
Use them together in these situations:
- Before a role moves into phone screen, first round, or second round, run a mock interview for that direction.
- Write weaknesses found in the mock interview back into the role notes.
- After the interview, update the progress table again to complete the loop: application -> practice -> follow-up.
Relationship to record pages
Application Progress manages pipeline status. Interview and exam record pages preserve session content.
Used together, you can review training results from the role context and decide the next action with less guesswork.
