Stealth mode
How stealth works
GankInterview is designed to remain undetected during online coding tests and interviews through these technical methods:
Screen-sharing stealth
- Uses invisible mode based on the standard WebRTC protocol.
- Prevents screen-switch detection: shortcut operations do not trigger screen switching.
- Keyboard protection: macOS support is best. The Windows client has built-in keyboard protection that can be enabled in advanced settings.

Checker validation, recommended before every interview
After completing the platform settings above, use the checker for a 1-minute self-check to confirm that stealth and screen-switch prevention are active in the current environment:
- Open the checker: https://tools.gankinterview.cn
- Run stealth detection first and confirm the status is normal.
- Then run shortcut/screen-switch detection and confirm that no screen-switch risk is triggered.

Tencent Meeting
- Select "prioritize fluency" when sharing the screen.
Zoom
- Enable "Advanced capture with window filtering."
